Homes: Closed Sales are Down -3.8% Median Sale Price is Down -2.3% to $385,000 and Active Inventory is Up +19.7% with 2,475 active listings. Months Supply of inventory increased 26.7% to 5.7 months of inventory.

Townhomes/Condos: Closed Sales are Down -11.4%, Median Sale Price is Down -5.2% to $282,500, and Active Inventory is Up 16.4% to 767 with 10.6 Months supply of Inventory.

St. Lucie County’s single-family home active inventory continued to increase in July 2025, with active listings rising +26.7% year-over-year to reach 2,536 homes listed and 5.8 months supply of inventory. This upward trend offers buyers increased leverage and a wider selection of homes while sellers have more competition.

St. Lucie County’s condo/townhome active inventory increased in June 2025, with active listings rising  +24.4%  year-over-year to reach 836 condos/townhomes listed and 11.4 months supply of inventory. This upward trend offers buyers increased leverage and a wider selection of condos, while sellers have more competition.
