Jason was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky on a horse farm before attending the University of Kentucky where he received a Bachelors in Telecommunications.
He worked in Lexington as an IT Specialist and also as manager of the horse farm for several years before moving to Fort Lauderdale in 2008.
In 2011, he began and continues working with his dad as a real estate team, The Martin Group. He uses his IT skills in marketing and promoting his real estate listings. He now resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Doug was born and raised in Ohio. He attended Georgetown College where he received his BA in English. He also attended Miami University in Ohio for his graduate program.
He taught English for a few years in Ohio and Kentucky before becoming a Realtor in Ohio and Ky. Then he was a National Registered Custom Home Builder for about 40 years.
Today he is a Realtor with 50+ years of experience in Florida and Kentucky. In 2011 he started working with Jason in Florida. He continues working with The Martin Group and now resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
