Snowbirds have caused tons of excitement in Southeast Florida as we enter the holiday season. The trend of median sold price increases continued with a 19% jump to $500,000. We haven’t seen a decrease in median sold price since February 2019. 

Closed Sales decreased 32.8% to 1,471, year-over-year. The 2021 trend of low interest rates and low inventory is raising the value of Palm Beach County homes.

On Monday, November 22, 2021, according to Florida Bank Rate’s latest survey of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, the benchmark 30-year fixed finance rate is 3.4% for West Palm Beach. Mortgage Rates are expected to climb slightly as we get nearer to 2022.
